21 year old Tienette Phillander works behind the counter for the shop 'The Biltong Factory' in the Overberg town of Riviersonderend. Biltong is dried-cured meat and a favourite snack amongst South Africans. So much so, that it can be said that is part of our national heritage. The word Riviersonderend means 'River without an end'. This river runs for many kilometers along the Sonderend Mountains.
