Cape honeysuckle is a fast growing, multi-stemmed shrub which grows up to 2-3m high and spread equally wide. An evergreen plant in warm regions that will loose leaves in colder climes. It has glossy leaves with blunt serations. Flowering is erratic - often all year round. Flowers are tubular with many-flower heads and may vary in colour from red, deep orange, yellow to salmon.
