10th Street bridge lane reversal system. Traffic flows in different directions during morning and afternoon rush hour.

Three lanes are open northbound to improve traffic flow with commuters leaving the downtown core at the end of a weekday. The overhead signal displays of red Xs and green arrows indicate which lanes are open to traffic going in each direction.
