We would like to emphasize two crucial points to the Chinese President , on the one hand , we completely disagree with the Chinese policy in Tibet and on the other hand , the resolution of the Tibet issue can only go through a political solution. Moreover, the Tibetan Community of France and Friends sent a letter to François Hollande, President of the French Republic , to ask him to raise the issue of Tibet with his Chinese counterpart as well as invite them to engage Sino -Tibetan talks .
