NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Feb. 3, 2017) -- Chief Warrant Officer Charla Thomason, assigned to Pre-Commissioning Unit Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78), recites the oath of office with Cmdr. Cass Farrell during her commissioning ceremony at Naval Station Norfolk. Thomason has served for more than 16 years and will soon be reporting to USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69).
