Cours La Reine - a busy street along the Seine connecting the Pont Alexandre III Bridge with Le Grand Palais in Paris France

The Cours-la-Reine, also spelled Cours la Reine (without hyphens), is a garden promenade located along the River Seine, between the Place de la Concorde and the Place du Canada, in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. It is one of the oldest walkways in Paris, created in 1616 by Queen Marie de Medicis. You can also see Le Grand Palais from The Pont Alexandre III, an arch bridge that spans the Seine, connecting the Champs-Élysées quarter and the Invalides and Eiffel Tower quarter, widely regarded as the most ornate, extravagant bridge in Paris. It is classified as a historical monument.
