This is a rare photograph of the pop rock group Episode Six from 1969, which featured Ian Gillan and Roger Glover before they joined Deep Purple. They issued lots of singles which were well reviewed but never got the hit. It also featured drummer Mick Underwood who went on to join Quatermass, and attractive organ player Shiel Carter, a pioneering woman in rock.
