1922 - His Master's Voice record label featuring the Original Dixieland Jazz Band (Margie - Medley Fox Trot). Originally known as The Original Dixieland Jass Band (ODJB) , In late 1917 the spelling of the band's name was changed. The band made the first jazz recordings ever in early 1917. Their recording of "Livery Stable Blues" became the first jazz record ever made.
