PORT HURON, Mich. - On January 18, 2017, CBP Officers at the Blue Water Bridge targeted for examination, an express consignment package originating from London, Ontario manifested as automotive brake pads, headed to a Miami suburb. When the package was inspected, no automotive parts were found. Instead, officers found 60 vials of yellow liquid wrapped in tin foil and bubble wrap.
