The old slaughterhouse in the Testaccio district of Rome has been partially transformed into a contemporary arts and retail destination.
The former Testaccio slaughterhouse was built in 1889 and transformed into contemporary art and retail spaces by engineer and architect Gioacchino Ersoch.
