Tapestry "The Caged Bird's Song" by Chris Ofili on show at the National Gallery, London
The work is a collaboration with the Dovecote Tapestry Studio and will go on permanent display in the hall of the Clothworkers Company who commissioned it. It takes its name from the first volume of Maya Angelou's autobiography I Know Why The Caged Bird Sings.
