Children at the Ta Gou Academy in Shaolin Ta Gou is the largest martial arts school in the world with 18 000 students as of Jan 2006 Children train day and night for years to become proficient in kung fu as well as Sanda chinese kick boxing while also studying normal classroom studies as well The children typically become body guards or enter the military after training Very few become action movie stars or monks and fewer become Shaolin Monks who typically require spiritual training which is not taught at the school
