The trunk of a large diseased elm is put on a trailer in a complex tree removal operation in a suburban street.

A neighbour had a very large elm in his garden. It was diseased and had to be cut down. This was a big tree in a small garden so the cutting was a complicated operation involving a team of tree surgeons and a crane. It took about 4 hours overall and cost the neighbour almost $7000 (ouch). The moral - be careful about buying a house with an elm in the garden.
