Conserving the bilby, an endangered native marsupial in Queensland, Australia


Australian conservation groups are working to secure the survival of the bilby, a rabbit-sized marsupial which is being bred and released into protected areas. The bilby has been promoted as an authentic Australian alternative to the traditional Easter bunny.
