White sky, sun shade oblique view Alice Pasquini girl, Ben Slow Charlie Burns, Orfn images, Bacon Street to Brick Lane, London

Local resident Charlie Burns, styled the 'King of Bacon Street', born October 8, 1915, was the oldest man in the Brick Lane area, when he died, aged 95, in 2012. Artist, Ben Slow painted his image (left mid-distance) on the wall of Charlie's recycling warehouse (waste paper from offices) in Bacon Street. Since this view, in September 2013, the image has been re-painted with a different perspective. Multi-colured 'Orfn' art is seen left of the Charlie Burns image, at the corner of Brick Lane. An Alice Pasquini iamage of agirl holding a hair band is painted on closed roller shutters right foreground.
