Two oryx (Oryx gazella), also widely known as gemsbok, scare a cattle egret (Bubulcus ibis) - Kuhreier in Afrikaans - to flight as they head for grazing on the edge of Fischer's Pan. The fringe grasses are beginning to change to their characteristic winter reds. Etosha National Park, Oshikoto, Namibia.
