An early 1900's British satirical political cartoon believed to show British labour MP George Roberts (1868-1928) playing up to the Welsh dragon (Prime Minister David Lloyd George .1863-1945) with his own Welsh Harp. Elected in 1906, He was a minister in the Lloyd George Coalition Government as Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Trade, Minister of Labour, & Minister of Food Control. He was appointed as a Privy Counsellor in 1917. Many believed that he was a sycophant or 'Yes Man' (He switched parties twice) who achieved power by always agreeing with or obeying those in power.
