Montbretia Crocosmia 'Lucifer'
Montbretia is a small genus of flowering plants in the iris family, Iridaceae. They are colourful with up to 20 vivid red and orange flowers on a horizontally branched stem. The plant is known in the US as coppertips or falling stars, and in the UK aswell as in many places in Europe as Montbretia.
