Same as above, but with white flowers. 14 oz., 50 cts. . 10 CANTERBURY BELLS (Campanula Medium) The seeds may be sown any time during the early summer, in finely pre- pared rich soil. As soon as large enough to handle, the little plants should lie transplanted to the places where they are to bloom the following summer. Some evergreen branches, or a little straw or coarse hay, thrown over them when the ground begins to freeze, makes all the winter covering these plants require. In the spring a little fine manure and some bone meal should be dug about each plant. Calycanthema (Cup and Saucer Canterbury Bells). This is unquestionably the finest type of this old-fashioned and much-prized garden plant. They dift'er from the ordinary type in having an extra large calyx, which is of the same color as the flower, giving the appearance of a cup and saucer.
