construction workers cleaning down the basketball arena at the Stratford Olympic Park

Workers cleaning the roof of the Basketball Arena. The Basketball Arena is one of the largest impermanent structures built for any Olympic Games. It is the third-largest venue on the Stratford site and will house 12,000 spectators. It was constructed in just three months and is covered with a stretched, white material that will be used for light projections during the 2012 Games.
