Arros Negre amb Sepietes 1 medium sized cuttlefish (or 2 or three squid). Olive oil 1 onion, chopped, red and green small peppers, 2 medium tomatoes 1 cup of short grain rice cooked in stock or water, 1 tsp salt, pinch of cayenne pepper, 50ml sherry, 12 cooked mussels, 6 cooked prawns with shells on. A couple of sprigs of flat-leafed parsley.
