This is not to be wondered at, as, whether used for cutting or for show in the garden, they are one of tfce most valuable flowers which can readily be grown from seed. We offer two distinct types, the large flowering, tall-growing, or giant, and the equally large-flowered, half- dwarf variety. In our trials seed sown out of doors the first week of May came into bloom early in July, remaining in full flower until November. For earlier flowering they may be started indoors or in a frame in March, transplanting them to tho open, when the weather is suitable. Giant Varieties.
