Lichfield Cathedral tomb of unknown canon under elaborate canopy, on the exterior of the south transept. Fourteenth century. The sandstone Cathedral was originally founded in 700 AD, and the present building begun in 1195 and built during the thirteenth and fourteenth centuries.
