Woman diver's gashed ankle

Female free diver cuts her ankle open on razor sharp coral during a free dive through a cave. These cuts are particularly nasty as the coral leaves shards that have to be cleaned out with a nail brush ( or something similar ) if not the bacteria generally causes long ongoing infections. This cut required stitches.
