Gipton Council School Choir , originally Gipton Board School (opened 1897) and later Gipton Secondary School aka Harehills Middle School (Harehills ,Leeds) 1906. A postcard celebrating the winning of the Major Yates Challenge Shield. After closure circa 1992 it fell into dereliction before being refurbished as in 2008 as the Shine Business Centre, a local community initiative. The school had separate boys and girls sections
