A bumble bee feeding on nectar from a Budlea flower. Either a male, or a Cuckoo Bumble Bee as it has no pollen sack on it's hind leg.

Female Bumble Bees have pollen sacks and collect pollen, whereas both the male Bumble Bee and the Cuckoo Bumble Bee feed themselves on nectar but do not collect pollen other than accidentally.
