Canal in the Summertime
I was driving home from work on Wednesday, and I noticed there was a blue sky above with lots of fluffy white clouds about. It was also very windy so thought of doing some long exposures while out walking the dog that afternoon. This photograph was taken under a bridge, that crosses the Erewash Canal on the Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire border England. When I got to the Erewash canal the clouds had cleared but the choppy water on the canal turned out cool, like ice. I used a big stopper ND1000 to achieve the long exposure required.
