Kelp gull (Larus dominicanus) with the egg of a Cape gannet (Morus capensis). This gull feeds on fish, amphibians, bird's eggs, chicks and carrion. It is found around the coasts of South America, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Antarctica. It can grow to 65 centimetres in length.
