Spider orchids are tricky to identify, and quite variable - but I'm confident this is a Southern Spider Orchid (Caladenia Australis). Baluk Willam.

My reference book correctly identifies this as Caladenia Australis, but could be Caladenia Reticulata, which has not been recorded East of Stawell in Victoria. It doesn't give a common name, but Wikipedia lists it as Southern Spider Orchid. Confused?
