Brown's slip ( 43/412) for 'Solanum ferox [crossed out] hystrix' confirms that material was gathered at 'An- chorage V . . Feby 7 . . 1802' [= off Goat Island, Nuyts Archipelago, the type locality] and is annotated by Brown 'Ic D[ominus] Bauer pict". According to Vallance et al.
