The village of Badalucco.


Badalucco is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Imperia in the Italian region Liguria, located about 100 km southwest of Genoa and about 15 km west of Imperia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,254 and an area of km².[1] Badalucco is located in the middle Argentina Valley, adjacent to the Fortress of St. Nicholas. The old medieval town, built along the river of the same name, with typical houses in stone site in the narrow streets, alleyways and squares. Characteristic are the two bridges in the late Middle Ages, built-shaped bulges, situated at the entrance and exit of the village. read more:
