SUDAN, OMDURMAN: Every Friday the sufis of Omdurman, the other half of Northern Sudan's capital Khartoum, gather for their 'dhikr' - chanting and dancing to get in a state of trance in order to connect to Allah. The sufi order Qadiriyah are commemorating Sheikh Hamed Al Nil at their weekly gathering at sunset.
