A remote former crofting settlement, lodge and deer forest in the Monadhliath Mountains, Highland Council Area, lying at the head of Strath Dearn, some 9 miles (15 km) southeast of Tomatin and 10 miles West of Aviemore. The area is watered by the headstreams of the River Findhorn. SCO 2057
