Stained glass by Manuel Lepe at Vallarta Plaza, bird on fountain, and toursits walking through Old Town square, Romantic Zone, Puerto Vallarta

The stained glass art installation at the entrance to Vallarta Plaza in Old Town Vallarta's town square, the Plaza Principal, is a tribute to late Vallartan painter Manuel Lepe and is a reinterpretation of his original painting, "La Ronde." The stained glass tribute was created by Glass Gallery M owner Mariano Pérez Vivanco and is a popular stop on walking tours of Puerto Vallarta. In front of the plaza entrance, a black bird sits atop a fountain. In the background, two tourists walk toward a Starbuck's cafe on the corner of the town square or zocalo.
