Salmorejo serving sponful sorrounded by some of the ingredients necessary to make this dish. Salmorejo is a tomato cold soup traditionally garnished with Spanish ham and boiled-eggs. It's similar to Gazpacho, thought its texture is thicker. It is originating from Cordoba though it is served traditionally in Andalusia, sometimes with variations like the well known Porra from Antequera (Malaga).
