Of this species specimens were collected by Eoezl in NewMexico, and it is from these specimens that the figure given by Murrayand here repeated, was made (See p. 134). These New Mexicanspecimens (if they be really such), do not differ from those from themore northern stations. I have also lately received a fresh cone,with leaves, from Mount Hood, Oregon, where it was collectedby Mr. W. Stewart. This also corresponds almost exactly withthe type figured
