Adenomatoid tumour, light micrograph. Adenomatoid tumour is a benign neoplasm of mesothelial origin that is sometimes seen within the uterus. They occur more commonly in the fallopian tube. Microscopically, they show a combination of adenoid (gland-like), angiomatoid, cystic and solid patterns. This image shows mostly adenoid architecture.
