An Indian gold-inlaid tulwar, Sind, 18th century, Curved single-edged blade with double-edged point, the spirally cut iron grip inlaid with flower ornaments in bicoloured gold on a slightly raised ground (flaws). Original wooden scabbard with fragments of velvet covering, silver fittings chased with geometrical pattern and attached (worn) carrying cord.
