The castle dominates the hilltop overlooking the village of La Calahorra. The castle interior has a surprisingly well preserved Italian Renaissance architectural style from the 16th century. The castle in a national monument and owned privately, but can be visited. Located close to the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains.
