Winnie the Pooh's bridge, where the game of Pooh sticks was invented. Ashdown Forest, Sussex, England, UK

This is the original bridge where Christopher Robin and Pooh played the games of pooh sticks described in the stories by A A Milne and illustrated by E H Shepard. The bridge is over a secluded stream on the Ashdown forest in England and is on a public footpath so can be easily visited. But if you want to play the game take your own sticks with you as there are none left near the bridge!
