Byodynamic farmer with brown rice grown NSW Australia
Grain farmer Brett Slater holds a 20 kg bag of medium-grain Byodynamic rice grown on his 550 acre property at Fairy Hill just outside of Casino in Northern NSW. Behind him a planting field rests with a green manure crop of oats, brassica, soy beans and filed peas which is plowed back in to the soil 8 weeks before the next season's planting.
