Hotel Inglaterra is the oldest hotel in Cuba and one of the most classic hotels in Havana. It still retains its old world charm and is located at Paseo del Prado (Paseo de Martí) in Havana, Cuba. At the end of 2019, The Inglaterra, Hotel is being taken over by the Marriott International chain. It is the only the second US-managed hotel in Cuba since the Cuban Revolution. Many well-known guests stayed there before the revolution such as Winston Churchill when he was a reporter coving the 1895 Spanish/Cuban war.
