Double Pyrethrum Hybridum PYRETHRUM HYBRIDUM. This grand old-fashioned Hardy Perennial is easy to grow in any good garden soil where there is good drainage and full exposure to the sun. They prefer to be left undisturbed for two or three years, and if given an annual top dressing of well-rotted manure flower generously. Their main season of blooming is in June, but if the first crop of flower-stems is removed as soon as finished they will give a fair sprinkling of flowers during the summer and autumn months. The fine fern-like foliage of the plants is attractive at all times. Single=flowering. The plants which we offer embrace all the colors from deep red through the various shades of rose to pure white.
