Asphalt and Burnt Asphalt
Asphalt and burnt asphalt recovered from Breezy Point, Queens, where fires erupted during Hurricane Sandy in October 2012. Firefighters were unable to reach the area until the floods receded, at which point several blocks were affected. Over 100 homes were burnt to the ground.
