Aberystwyth Wales UK. 22nd Dec, 2013. People shopping by the light of torches and mobile phones in the Aberystwyth branch of Poundland on the last Sunday before Christmas. A power cut at around blacked out the main shopping streets of the town , forcing most of the stores to close. Only Poundland remained open with staff helping shoppers see what they were buying.
