No one who owns a warm house can afford to deny himself the pleasure a collection of Dendrobes will give. Their culture is simple and their bloom lavish and exquisite. DENDROBIUM THYRSIFLORUM, the variety illustrated, has flowers of waxen white, with golden orange lip, regularly and grace- fully set upon many-flowered drooping racemes.
