In Konya, someone shouldn't miss the majestic Mevlana Museum with its fabulous, turqoise, conical dome where the tomb of famous poet, mystic and spiritual "father" of the dervishes, Celaleddin Rumi (Mevlana), is located. In the background, on the left side of the picture, you can also see the Selimiye Camii (Mosque), built between 1566 and 1574, when Sultan Selim II, was governor of Konya.
