1005016046S-017 MILLINGTON, Tenn. (May 1, 2010) A previously empty swimming pool is left filled with flood water after heavy rains breeched nearby protective levees. As of mid-day on Sunday, the waters had receded from most of the base and efforts were underway to survey the damage and identify any safety concerns before allowing personnel to return to their homes.
