Bangweulu, Zambia, is the only place to see Black lechwe (Kobus leche smithemani)


This image was taken on a trip to Bangweulu Wetlands in Zambia, a conservation area that allows community use of resources, managed by the African Parks Network. The area is home to many unique species such as the Black Lechwe and Shoebill as well as mass quantities of bird life, which draw tourists. Communities in the area rely on a bustling fishing industry.
