Denver, Colorado - Colorado Rockies pitcher Juan Nicasio lies motionless on the pitcher's mound after being hit in the head by a line drive during a game with the Washington Nationals. Nicasio suffered a broken neck; after successful surgery, he said he hopes to pitch again.
